Return, Refund & Cancellation

We understand that there will be times when you would want to replace/exchange a product or go for a complete refund. At bathXpertz. we always strive to give all customers the best of the solutions available within our scope of work in case of any concerns.


  • For cancellation, the customer can contact to Bathxpertz through email and quote orderID in all communications. It is advisable to send your query through your registered email id, if any registered with the bathxpertz.
  • If a customer wishes to cancel the project work, with us, we will do our best to provide the resolution which fits best with our customers’ requirements. In case, if he/she is still wants to cancel the said project work, they shall refer to our cancellation & refund policy below:

  • Depending upon the mode of payment initially used, a refund may take upto 14 days to get credited in the customer account


We understand that there may be times that you did you like the products chosen in the bathroom, suits and may want to return and exchange them with the more better one. All requests for Returns and Exchanges will be processed after having proper due diligence of the product’s parts and accessories etc, and under the following conditions:

  • Return and exchange request must be raised by email to within 3 days from the date of delivery of the products.
  • Our inspection team will verify, approve and process the request for returns & exchanges. It is therefore, the returning products should be unused (in original packaging) and should have all the original tags, labels and are having all parts & accessories and no scratches, marks or blemishes on the said product, as provided by the manufacturer. If the product doesn’t have all the parts or any part or accessories have any kind of scratches/marks, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.
  • The freight charges as per actuals will be borne by the customer for return and exchanges.
  • Any category of item can be exchanged only once during any of the project stage before installation. Once the product installed at the project site, then no exchange will be allowed to the customer (subjected to its replacement upon warranty, if any, provided by the manufacturer).
  • Our team will inspect the returned products on range of parameters within 72 hours of the request. Once all the parameters are met, we will initiate for exchange the said returned product with the another new product. Please note, if the exchanged product is of higher amount, then the customer will be liable to pay the difference amount against the same.
  • Return and exchange of any customized or made to order product will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving delivery will render the product invalid for any returns.
  • All return & exchange requests will only be considered if it is received by us before the start of installation process of any sort of renovation process.
