RETURN | EXCHANGE

All requests for Returns and Exchanges will be processed after having proper due diligence of the product’s parts and accessories etc, and under the following conditions:

  • Return and exchange request must be raised by email to info@bathxpertz.com within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery of the products.
  • All return & exchange requests will only be considered if it is received by us before the start of installation process of any sort of renovation process. Once the product installed at the project site, then no refund or exchange will be allowed to the customer (subjected to its replacement upon warranty, if any, provided by the manufacturer).
  • Any category of item can be exchanged only once during any of the project stage before installation.
  • Our inspection team will verify, approve and process the request for returns & exchanges only if
    • Products are unused and in original packaging
    • Have all the original tags, labels, all parts & accessories
    • No damage on products including scratches, marks or blemishes
    • Any customized or Made to Order product will not be accepted under any circumstances
  • Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving delivery will render the product invalid for any returns.
  • The freight charges for return and exchange of that product will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note, if the exchanged product is of higher amount, then the customer will be liable to pay the difference amount against the same.

REFUND | CANCELLATION

  • For cancellation, customer can contact to Bathxpertz through email info@bathxpertz.com and quote the ORDER ID in all communications. It is advisable to send your query through your registered email with us.
  • If a customer wishes to cancel the project work with us, we will do our best to provide the resolution which fits best with our customers’ requirements. In case, if he/she is still wants to cancel the said project work, they shall refer to our cancellation & refund policy below:
  • Cancellation is only applicable within 48 hours after paying the booking amount of 10% (Before Site Measurement). No Refund/ Cancellation will be processed after.
  • Depending upon the mode of payment initially used, a refund may take upto 14 days to get credited in the customer account
